OUR CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY
At Salon Prismatic your appointment is very important to us. We are reserving this time just for you, therefore we require a credit card for all bookings. As a courtesy you will receive a text or email confirmation 72 hours in advance. If we do not hear from you, we will call or text again 36 hours prior to your appointment.
We ask that if you need to change or cancel the appointment that you do so no later than 24 hours from your appointment time. This allows us to possibly fill your time slot with an appointment from our waiting list. If you are canceling outside of business hours please call or text 847-816-8300, or e-mail the salon at info@salonprismatic.com.
If you cancel less than 24 hours from your appointment time you will be charged for 50% of the service you were booked for. If you don't show for your appointment and didn’t call or email to cancel you will be charged for the full price of the services you were booked for. If we cancel on you, not due to illness or family emergency, you will receive 50% off your next visit. If you are ill or have a family emergency, there will be no charge.
Having your card on file allows for a touchless payment option, so no need to bring your card to your next visit. We will ask you to sign an agreement to our policy.
We allow a 15 minute grace period from your appointment time. In order to ensure that we give you the best service and the time you deserve, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment if you are excessively late.
SALON STANDARDS
Education is the key to success. Our team is active in classes and trade shows, staying up to date on all the latest techniques and trends. Liz the owner is an industry educator and thrives on connecting and developing sustainable ways to create beauty.
We take pride in a clean salon space. Our team is Barbicide certified. We take Sanitation and Disinfection protocol just as serious as we do hair. Our communities safety is a priority.
We ask that you do not come to the salon if you or a family member is ill. What we ask of you, we do too.
If you would like your stylist to wear a mask, just ask.
We believe in prioritizing Self-Care to minimize stress. We put this first for each client, as it is your time to lean back and relax.
Private Appointment
A private appointment is a time for you to be the only client in the salon. A chance to rest, relax &/or have a mini dance party under our light fixture!
For those who would like to have a private appointment. Select Tuesdays & Fridays are available. Please speak with your stylist for more information.
Silent Appointment
A silent appointment is requested when you just need time to chill and embrace the quiet. No small talk. We’ll just have a conversation about your hair and we’ll check in on how we can aid in making your hair regimen easier. Ideal for anyone who wants to up level their self-care time.
